I used to be the queen of grilled chicken salads then I just stopped making them. But, today I was craving greens and something healthy. I made this super easy grilled chicken salad.I just grilled up some chicken with olive oil and seasonings, and put it on a bed of greens with tomatoes, mushrooms, and feta cheese with dressing. It was delicious! You can easily prepare this in advance. Just grill up enough chicken for a couple days and have your veggies cut. It is healthy, easy and yummy!
