Walking Goal- Walk 15 Miles a Week
Monday- 4.61 Miles (419 calories burned)
Tuesday- 5.26 Miles (441 calories burned)
Wednesday -4.34 Miles (372 calories burned)
Thursday-4.09 Miles (339 calories burned)
Total for This Week So Far= 18.30 Miles! Surpassed the Goal of 15 Miles!

Weight Exercises For Arms Goal- 4 Times a Week 100 Reps
Tuesday-100 Reps
Hope to meet this by Sunday

Crunches Goal- 100 Reps 5 Times a Week
Tuesday 100 Crunches
Will Probably fall short of this goal by Sunday
