This is another favorite meal of both mine and my daughters. I’m really glad she likes fish so I try to incorporate it more into our meals. This was Tilapia, sweet potatoes and I had cauliflower and broccoli and she had corn on the cob. It was really light and yummy and the longest part of the meal was baking the sweet potatoes, but I just started them earlier than the fish and it was fine. The veggies I just added a little olive oil and my French her seasoning. Delish!
