So I kept my date at the gym today, this morning none the less! So I did a hundred crunches and an hour on the treadmill. Will do some other resistance and weight exercises later, had to get to work.
Breakfast-a slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, grapes and strawberries and of course coffee!
Snack- Special K Bar
Lunch-salad with some left over lean steak from last night with chickpeas, tomatoes, and a little mozzarella
Dinner-Salsa Chicken and some veggies probably corn and salad
