3rd Date In A Row.. Could This Be Getting Serious?

I made it to the gym!! 3rd day in a row!! I’m a bit sore, but I feel good and I’m glad I’m back. I remembered how good it feels to push my body. I did an hour on the treadmill and hit 4 miles and burned 800 calories! Not bad for someone who hadn’t been to the gym in a minute. So, below is my obligatory picture 🙂

Food Intake:
Breakfast– Coffee, wheat toast with peanut butter and strawberries and grapes

Lunch– Turkey breast sandwich on wheat, strawberries and grapes, yogurt
Snack – Cheese and spinach crackers
Late Snack –Protein bar
Dinner– Salad and a small pesto salad
