A Healthy Me… Day 4.. Down a Pound!

Good Afternoon! Well, I don’t have much to post except…. I’m down 1 POUND! I’m at 149! Okay I got a long way to go, but I’m on my way down. So, I’m going to the gym in about 20 minutes and will give you an update.

Food
Coffee, oatmeal, 1 slice of wheat bread with peanut butter, and a banana
Turkey taco and a salad with mushrooms and olives, with lite raspberry viniagrett
Tilapia with cous cous, and green beans
Grapes
1 1/2 liters of H2O so far

Workout
1 hour on the treadmill 15% incline 780 calories burned  3.66 miles
100 crunches
10 push ups
50 squats
100 arm lifts with weights
stretches
